Transportation and Returns
International delivery.

 

The transportation time may vary depending on the location of the delivery address.

 

International standard delivery: This service can be delivered through local mail services and may not have a tracking number. If using traceable services, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number link that allows you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 10-20 working days, depending on your location, but if longer time is required, please leave a maximum of 25 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

 

International express delivery: Our express delivery company provides fully traceable express delivery services. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number link that allows you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on your location, but if longer time is required, please leave a maximum of 10 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Some more remote addresses may result in longer transmission times. The cost depends on the weight and volume of the order.

 

If your order includes personalized products, regardless of which delivery service you choose, this may add an additional 3 working days to your order delivery.

 

Customized/personalized orders can be delivered through untracked delivery services. If you have not received it yet, you must notify us within 40 working days after the shipment date. We cannot guarantee any further assistance in the direction of your order after 40 working days.

Handling fees

We may charge handling fees outside of transportation to cover warehouse storage and packaging costs. This type of expense will be displayed at checkout.

 

Customs and tariffs

Unless otherwise specified, all items are shipped from the UK and may incur tariffs and other fees upon entry into other countries. Any customs duties, clearance, taxes, or carrier fees must be borne by the recipient, and we are not responsible for any such fees.

 

We cannot inform other countries of the thresholds and rates, as these thresholds and rates are determined by their respective governments and may vary by country or even project. If there are any additional fees due at the time of delivery, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

 

Different inventory availability: If you choose products with different available times, we will send your order once all the products are ready.

 

Send Order: Although we attempted to process and send your order on the same day as the order, this may not always be possible due to the following reasons:

 

·Pre order: Products that are pre ordered or out of stock at the time of ordering will be shipped within the specified time on the website

·Payment Card Check: Sometimes we may need to perform additional checks on your payment card, which may delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

 

 

 

Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 5 days after receiving the product. The refund will be processed in the same way as the payment you made in the past.

Please note that items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sales and promotional items are not included, and we still need to comply with our regular return/exchange policy.

We accept cancelling orders before product processing. If the order is cancelled at that time, you will receive a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Return/Exchange Conditions

All items must be returned in their original sales condition and must not be worn, cleaned, or altered, with all labels attached.

Returns/exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.

We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the United States must be returned from the United States

Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs will be borne by you).

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare products cannot be returned. Only when the sanitary pad is intact can the swimsuit underwear and swimsuit be returned.

Of course, any items with issues can be returned.

If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or changed to its original condition, we reserve the right not to accept any returns/replacements.

If we suggest rejecting your refund/exchange, we will notify you; You can choose to send the product back to you at your own expense.

 

How to return the item?

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and provide the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of faulty product

Step 2: Insert the receipt and item together into the original packaging.

 

Step 3: Fill out all three forms of return invoices. Insert all copies into transparent envelopes and attach them to the package without closing them. Customs requires these documents, so please ensure that all three copies are completed.

 

Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier, and after the courier inspects the return, please safely close the package.

If returned, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If returned, esportzgear will not refund the shipping cost.

 

Once your package arrives at us, please allow 3-7 days (depending on peak hours) to process your return. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you at your own expense. After your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
